TOXIC HOUSEPLANTS:

The following give rash after contact with the skin or mouth:

  •  Chrysanthemum
  •  Creeping Fig
  •  Poinsettia
  •  Pot Mum (might produce dermatitis)
  • Spider Mum (might produce dermatitis)
  •  Weeping Fig

The following are irritating to mucus membranes (toxic Oxalates); the mouth especially get swollen; painful tongue; sore lips:

  • Arrowhead Vine

  • Heart Leaf (philodendrum)
